At Jankalyan, we strive to maintain fairness and transparency in all transactions. Our refund policy for cancelled appointments is as follows:

⏱️ Cancellation Within 1.5 Hours of Booking

If a user cancels their appointment within 1.5 hours of booking, they will receive a full refund of the amount paid. This ensures flexibility for users who may need to change plans shortly after booking.

⌛ Cancellation After 1.5 Hours

If the cancellation occurs after 1.5 hours from the time of booking, a partial refund of 20% of the paid amount will be initiated. This accounts for administrative and scheduling costs incurred during the process.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take up to 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.
